As a Gold customer, you get priority access and can speak directly with a member of our expert team right away. If you’re a Silver customer, you’ll reach our answering team, who will take your message and pass it along to the right technician, ensuring you’re supported promptly.
We are all based in Southampton, Hampshire, and pride ourselves on providing personalized, local support – we are NOT a call centre. Our technicians are skilled, approachable, and ready to help you with any issue you may face.
Jack
Head of Department
Jack has been with us since 2022 and he looks after the team’s welfare as well as yours. He wants to make certain that if there is a problem that the team can’t solve, there is a fresh and more senior pair of eyes on the issue. One interesting personal fact about Jack is that he has just recently got into golf and when he isn’t busy helping customers, he is out on the course.
Joshua
Joshua has worked on Helpdesks for 3 years, and been with us since 2023. He is such a “calm kid”. There is no arrogance about Joshua, despite what he knows; he really cares that his clients have their issues solved, but also feel safe and secure while it happens. He will take the time to explain what he is doing and gives great solutions and advice.
Samuel
Samuel has worked with us since 2022 and he is our “Tech Head”. He is a man motivated by new technology and always seeks to learn more. Samuel has so much knowledge, it is rare that our customers have an issue that Samuel doesn’t know the answer to. He loves to help and goes home feeling good that he has helped people every day.
Harry
Harry has been part of our team since 2023 and previously provided on-site support. We’ve recently discovered that many of the issues our customers face can be resolved remotely. This allows Harry to assist a larger number of people each day, rather than just 2 or 3. He is passionate about helping customers quickly get back online and ensures everyone feels fully supported, no matter the situation.
Conor
Conor has been in the IT industry for 2.5 years, Enjoys troubleshooting difficult problems and making sure people are up and running as soon as possible. He joined us in 2025 and is already getting to know our clients. Our Conor spent 5 years living in Spain!

Correcting printer and Office problems
My printer was unreliable in its communication with my computer and I was unable to use some Office programmes effectively since the softwear had been installed on my relatively new computer. I also had several smaller questions regarding the running of Windows 11. Everything was sorted quickly and efficiently and clearly explained to me as it was being done. Excellent!

Reconnect printer to desktop
To avoid any problems with the printer wifi connection, I accepted the suggestion to use a hard wire instead. The guy fetched the required wire from his car, connected it, and everything worked fine. He was also very helpful and chatty, and fixed another small problem with my default search engine.

Replace computer due to corrupted hard drive
Thanks to Harry for his hard work in trying to repair my computer and being successful in retrieving all my data and for his supportive, friendly manner throughout. Thanks to Marcus for his diligence and great patience in setting up my new computer and for going the extra mile to obtain a dongle so that I could operate the mouse. As someone who is almost phobic about using computers I’d be lost without your support. Thank you so much.

To removed McAfee and install Norton and a virus check.
