As a Gold customer, you get priority access and can speak directly with a member of our expert team right away. If you’re a Silver customer, you’ll reach our answering team, who will take your message and pass it along to the right technician, ensuring you’re supported promptly.

We are all based in Southampton, Hampshire, and pride ourselves on providing personalized, local support – we are NOT a call centre. Our technicians are skilled, approachable, and ready to help you with any issue you may face.

Joshua

Joshua has worked on Helpdesks for 3 years, and been with us since 2023.  He is such a “calm kid”.  There is no arrogance about Joshua, despite what he knows; he really cares that his clients have their issues solved, but also feel safe and secure while it happens.  He will take the time to explain what he is doing and gives great solutions and advice.

Harry

Harry has been part of our team since 2023 and previously provided on-site support. We’ve recently discovered that many of the issues our customers face can be resolved remotely. This allows Harry to assist a larger number of people each day, rather than just 2 or 3. He is passionate about helping customers quickly get back online and ensures everyone feels fully supported, no matter the situation.
