Diagnostic work to determine reason for repeated drop-out of internet on one device
Home Computer Help really provided the help I needed, and ensured the problem was addressed fully before leaving. It took a couple of visits to sort the matter out, but a faulty router - the principal cause of the fault - was the main suspect which had been identified almost straight away. They helped me contact TalkTalk, who initially thought the router was fine; it wasn't, and it took HCH to really check it through. As a result I received a new router from TalkTalk without charge, and Home Computer Help did the rest. Thank you! I have been a customer of Netserve/HCH for some years, and I know I can rely on them for help when it's needed. I absolutely recommend them.

Problem with my laptop - Very satisfied with the quality of service from Will and his colleagues. My laptop was repaired and returned to me very quickly. I would definitely use this company again.
Gave my old Dell computer a health check and speeded up its operation considerably - Will called to say he was running late which was much appreciated and when he arrived he was very efficient at running through the computer's start-up routine and discarding unnecessary clutter that was slowing the machine down. My residual problem now is with my internet provider and Will offered advice on this as well. All in all, a highly professional service and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend him for this type of service.
Setup new I-Phone - I dropped and smashed my I-Phone 4 and needed the contacts from it, Will picked it up and retrieved pictures and contacts from it he then transferred them onto the replacement all in good time. Very thankful and will use again.
